So, I took some of that research a step further and decided to do some digging on high-paying remote jobs -- including open remote jobs hiring for those exact roles.

  • Open job: QA tester @ Motion Recruitment - Pays $60/hour

These were just posted in the last few days (and are all 100% remote).

A little additional remote job hunt tip: Target companies with async-first cultures in your job search.

Why it works: Async-first companies are more likely to offer true location and time-zone independence, which is a game-changer for remote workers seeking maximum flexibility.

How to find them:

• Look for job descriptions that emphasize "async" or "flexible hours."
• Research companies that openly discuss their async culture on their blogs or social media (e.g., GitLab, Zapier, Buffer, Doist, DuckDuckGo, etc). This list has 50+ async companies you could add to your job search.
• Use tools like Glassdoor to read employee reviews about work flexibility.
